It was great to have a good turnout for our Harvest Festival last month. The church looked wonderful: thank you so much to all of you who worked so hard to decorate the church. Several boxes of food went directly the foodbank, supplemented by £112 raised from the mini auction.
This month, it is Sunday Worship on the second Sunday and our normal communion services on the third and fourth Sundays. We also have good news on our bells: they will be returning to us on Monday 28th October. Pop that date in your diary to come and see the bells in the church before they disappear back into the tower for the next hundred years!

Alasdair and Barbara
The ordinances of the Lord are true
and righteous altogether.
More to be desired are they than gold,
even much fine gold.
Sweeter also than honey,
and drippings of the honeycomb.
Psalm 19. 9-10.
